About LTC Cleaning Service

Established in 1984, we operate in the Metrowest area of Boston with an occasional one time cleaning in other towns. We are also a member of the local Chamber of Commerce. L.T.C. is staffed with both full and part time help. Staff are hired only after a rigorous general and criminal background check and two interviews, followed by a trial period of on the job training. And we take care of all our employee's payroll and Social Security taxes. So you don't have to worry.

This is a very competitive business, and we work hard to offer you the highest level of service at the best possible price. It's this combination of price and value that's helped us build a great reputation.Our teams have radio-dispatch cell phones which allow us to keep in close contact with each other during working hours. This allows us to meet our customers needs in a fast and efficient manner. Due to the large numbers of homes we clean in a week, it is not always possible for us to be at your house at a specified time. You can choose a morning or afternoon and we will make every effort to come with 2 hours of your preference. Given enough notice, we will gladly reschedule for another day or time if something unexpected comes up for either your or for us.

It must be working - we receive most of our business through referrals from our satisfied customers. Cleaning Services vs. Cleaning Lady

We supply all of our own equipment so you don't have to. You supply the chemicals, we do the rest. You are not charged by the hour, but by the job, so the price quoted will depend the size of your house, it's condition, and what you want cleaned. The amount of time spend cleaning your house will vary according to the number of people cleaning (it can be anywhere from 2-6), how familiar they are with the house and the condition of the house when we come to clean. It is our goal to have the same people clean your house each time. This policy will help you feel more comfortable and allow for better communication. This may not always be possible for many reasons beyond our control, but we always try

KEYS

If you will not be home when we come to clean, you will need to give us a key or some other method of entry to your house.. It is important to know that your key is kept in a safe place and coded in such a way that it is impossible for anyone to use it in the event it should get lost. If your door is locked when the cleaners arrive and no key or other access has been provided, thee will a $45.00 lock out fee.

 

PAYMENT

Payment is due on the day your house is cleaned, just leave your check on the kitchen table. We also accept MasterCard, Visa and your Debit Card.

INSURANCE

L.T.C. carries the following types of insurance* Workman's Compensation* Comprehensive which covers all damage to people and property up to $1,000,000.00

* Theft Bond up to $10,000.00

QUALITY ASSURANCE

As much as we hate to admit it, on occasion we miss something while cleaning. Depending on the problem, we will return no later than 24 hours to correct the situation or make an adjustment in your bill, whichever you prefer, as long as the compliant is made within one week of the cleaning.

COMMUNICATION

We encourage our customers to leave us notes. We clean many homes and find that 90% of what is done is the same in every home. However, the remaining 10% varies according to specific customer needs. We need to hear from you about extra things you would like done, changes and special events, such as holiday parties, visiting relatives or functions where you will expect extra guests - call in advance, or leave us a note.We receive most of our customers through referral of other satisfied customers. Therefore, we strive to make customer satisfaction our number one concern. We want you to know that you are important to us and we will do the best job possible for you each and every visit.

 

EXTRAS

We would be happy to do extra cleaning jobs not on the regular schedule with advanced notice. Major cleaning such as ovens, washing walls or shampooing carpets will involve an extra charge

HOLIDAYS

L.T.C. only acknowledges the major national holidays which are:

* Memorial Day
* July Fourth
* Labor Day
* Thanksgiving
* Christmas

FLEXIBILITY

Because we charge by the job rather than by the hour, we are happy to vary the cleaning according to your specific needs. We encourage our customers to leave us notes regarding changes to routine.
Given advanced notice, we are also happy to do extra cleaning jobs not on the regular schedule to help you prepare for visiting relatives, or special functions where extra guests are expected. Major tasks, such as cleaning ovens, washing walls, or shampooing carpets will involve an extra charge.Our teams have two way radios and cell phones for keeping in close contact with each other, our office, and our customers during working hours. This allows us to meet your needs in a fast and efficient manner. For example, we are usually able to reschedule your cleaning with no penalty because of vacation, observance of holidays not on our schedule, house guests, or other reasons.

PETS

While we understand how much a pet is part of the family, it is very difficult for us to insure that we will be able to keep track of your pet while we are cleaning, especially as we bring supplies in and out of the house. For this reason we are not responsible for any pet that gets out of the house. If you would like your pet to stay in one room while we are cleaning, we will be happy to comply.
