BASIC MAINTENANCE PROGRAM

We offer a variety of cleaning programs to meet the needs of our customers. For example, you may want your house cleaned once a week, every other week (bi-weekly), monthly, or just on a seasonable basis (holidays). Or, you may not want the entire house cleaned every time. Many customers have us clean the entire house one week and the next cleaning would be only of the rooms that are in constant use. We hope that this guide will be helpful in letting you know exactly what will be done in your home. Described on the following pages is a basic maintenance program. If there is something you want done that is not described, just ask, we do most everything within the cleaning line. Or, we can refer you to a company that can help you.

MINI-CLEANING

This consists of cleaning only the kitchen, bathrooms, master bed room and a family room. The cost is between $45.00 - $65.00 (house approx 2500 sq ft)

SHEET CHANGING

We will change the sheets and pillowcases on any bed you wish - just leave the fresh sheets within sight in the bedroom and we will make the change for free.

THE PACKAGE PLAN ROTATION SYSTEM
We begin your service by getting your home detail clean on the first cleaning. This gives you an in-depth cleaning of your kitchen and bathrooms, plus a general clean of the rest of your home. The second clean is an in-depth cleaning of all the other rooms, as well as a general clean of the kitchen and bathrooms. After these cleans, we follow the System outlined below which allows us to maintain your homes basic cleaning needs while also detail cleaning specific areas on each clean.EACH TIMEWe provide these services every time we're in your home
